TORRE GRANDE

Sandy beach inside the gulf of Oristano. There are kiosks, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours, souvenir shops, markets, news-stands. Ideal beach for families with children, you can rent pedalos, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, supboards, wind-surfboards and surfboards, and use the showers on the beach. The promenade is the main meeting point of the night-life where you choose among different bars open until late at night. Torre Grande hosts a small tourist harbour and two campings.

San Giovanni di Sinis

Sandy beach, exposed to the open sea, it is situated in the “Protected Marine Area Sinis peninsula – Mal di Ventre island”. A real gem both from the naturalistic side and from the archaeological point of view for the presence of Tharros, the ruins of a Punic- Roman town, the Spanish towers, and the Punic necropolis. The crystal-clear water and the uniqueness of its seabeds make it very suitable for snorkeling and for underwater photography. The exposition to the strong Mistral wind generates big waves, dangerous for bathers, but very attracting for surfers, windsurfers and kitesurfers. Parkings are located near the beaches, where you can find the newsstand, kiosks, restaurants, pizzerias and souvenir shops.

Maimoni – Is Aruttas – Mari Ermi

They are the beaches in the heart of the “Protected Marine Area Sinis peninsula – Mal di Ventre island”, characterised by the unique white quartz grains, by the purity of water and by the brightness of seabeds. There are kiosks, bars, parking spaces (for a fee) along the evocative coastline.

S'Anea Scoada – Putzu Idu – Mandriola

They are the seaside villages on the north of the cliffs which enclose the perimeter of the “Protected Marine Area Sinis peninsula – Mal di Ventre island” and which overlook the Mal di Ventre island. There are markets, bars, kiosks, restaurants, and pizzerias. In the diving centres, you can book your diving experience, your excursion to Mal di Ventre island, rent a pedalo or your surfboard and ride the waves of Capo Mannu, which is an amazing spot for surf-lovers.

S'Archittu e Santa Caterina

They are small seaside villages, at a short distance from each other, which give the name to their rocky, embayed beaches. S’Archittu is the most suggestive and well-known. Walking on the promenade, you can enjoy breath-taking landscapes. There you can find kiosks, bars, pizzerias, souvenir shops, markets, shops, newsstands.
